Leaf and yard waste collection will take place on the weeks of May 4th and May 18th on your regular collection day.
- Material must be in open top reusable containers, cardboard boxes, or paper yard waste bags.
- Branches must be bundled with twine or biodegradable string (no plastic or metal)
- Individual branches must be no larger than 2” (5cm) in diameter and no longer than 4’ (1.2m) in length.
- Bundles must not exceed 2’ (0.6m) in diameter.
- Bundled branches can be placed on the ground beside your bagged leaf and yard waste.
- Leaf and yard waste in plastic bags (including those claiming to be biodegradable or compostable) will not be collected.
- Stumps will not be collected.
- Branches larger than 2” (5cm) in diameter will not be collected.
- Unbundled branches, piles of branches and brush will not be collected.
- There is no limit to the number of bags of leaf and yard waste set out per property, as long as it is prepared in accordance with these instructions.
