Watermain Break Update– Intersection of Petawawa Boulevard and Bert Street
Petawawa, ON – Attention Petawawa residents: Town staff, Ontario Clean Water Agency (OCWA) staff, and contractors continue to work toward resolving the watermain break at the intersection of Petawawa Boulevard and Bert Street. Crews have the pipe exposed and are proceeding with repairs. This is a complex situation, and crews require more time to complete the repair work than originally anticipated. We are working to restore water to all affected by midnight tonight.
There is no boil water advisory at this time. The Town is in contact with the Renfrew County District Health Unit.
Traffic delays can be expected. Please use alternate routes when possible. Detour signage is posted.
