Municipal Website Development and Redesign

 

The Corporation of the Town of Petawawa is requesting proposals from qualified firms for a complete overhaul of the Municipality’s website.  This will include redesign, development, content migration, staff training and relaunch as well as an ongoing service agreement for technical support, updating and hosting.  The purpose of the website is to inform, promote and provide e-government service delivery in an easy to use, intuitive manner but to also increase overall communications with residents, businesses, visitors, and partners and present the town as an attractive, desirable place to live, work and play. 

Proposals must meet all the requirements outlined in the RFP document. RFP documents are available via email by contacting kbennett@petawawa.ca or at the Municipal Office at 1111 Victoria Street, Petawawa, ON.
 

Sealed REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS, on the forms provided by the Town of Petawawa and clearly marked as to the contents including RFP reference number, will be received by the Clerk until 10:00 a.m., local time, on Tuesday, July 30, 2024.

All proposals must be submitted on Town of Petawawa forms.  Email submissions or any other electronic submissions will NOT be accepted.
