Recommendation: That Council approve the selection of Thinc Design Consulting Services for the Parks and Recreation Master Plan project, at a cost of $91,576.91.

Background: The RFP was issued on October 3, 2023.  The RFP was advertised on our corporate website.  Fifteen (15) consulting firms requested proposal packages and one (1) consulting firm submitted a proposal on the closing date of December 4, 2023, at 10:00 a.m.

Financial Implications:

In the 2023 budget $33,000 was set aside for consulting services for the developments of the Parks and Recreation Master Plan. A request for $58,577 from Development Fees has been added to the 2024 budget.
