Sensory Santa: A Calm and Magical Holiday Experience for Every Child
Presented by the Petawawa Accessibility Advisory Committee

When: Saturday, December 7, 2024
Where: Municipal Office, 1111 Victoria Street, Petawawa

For many children, a visit to the mall Santa can be overwhelming. This year, join us for Sensory Santa, a stress-free, sensory-friendly alternative designed for children with autism or sensory processing disorders.

What to Expect:

  • A calm, welcoming environment for your child to visit with Santa
  • No loud noises or bright lights
  • An opportunity for your child to interact with Santa at their own pace
  • Families can take photos using their own smartphones—no flashes, no pressure

RSVP Required – By Appointment Only!
Visits with Santa are scheduled in 15-minute time slots to ensure a comfortable and personalized experience for each family.
