Serving as a link between the Ottawa Valley Waste Recovery Centre and the local communities. Comprised of a handful of members, one from each partner municipality, the PLC acts as a voice for residents. These publicly appointed members connect directly with people in their municipality to share information and gather feedback on matters related to waste recovery, ensuring our operations meet the needs and concerns of the communities we serve.
