Town Centre Boulevard Pedestrian Crossover
The Town of Petawawa has contracted Do-All Construction for the installation of the Town Centre Boulevard Pedestrian Crossover. This project is scheduled to begin construction in May 2024 and is anticipated to be completed by the end of July 2024.
The project works will include concrete sidewalk ramps, line painting, pedestrian crossing signs and signals, landscaping, and site restoration.
Properties located adjacent to the limits of construction will receive a notification from Englobe, on behalf of Do-All Construction requesting authorization to complete a pre-construction inspection of their private property. Property owners are encouraged to schedule this free inspection prior to the start of construction, and should be advised that these inspections will only be performed at the discretion of the individual property owners or their representatives. This inspection is completed to provide a baseline of the condition of the house prior to the commencement of construction. It would only be referred to should a resident feel that damage was done to their house as a result of the construction activity.
The engineering firm of Jp2g Consultants Inc. has been retained to complete the contract administration and on-site inspection services required by this project.
