Indoor Skating (October 2024 - March 2025) 

Petawawa Civic Centre - 16 Civic Centre Road

Free Skates: Wednesdays and Fridays from 12:00 PM to 1:00PM

Public Skates: Sundays from 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM

• Cash or Debit Payments accepted at the Canteen
  • Children: $2.00
  • Adults: $3.00
  • Family: $6.00

Stollers are not permitted on the ice & all persons must be wearing skates on the ice.
Skating aids are available:

• skating aid for toddlers

Outdoor Skating 2025  (OPEN FOR SEASON)

The opening of the Outdoor Rink is weather-dependant. Check out the Town's Facebook Page or our Closures and Cancellations Page for updates. 

Daily Schedule (Open to Public from 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM) 

8:00 - 10:00 AM: Maintenance 

10:00 - 12:00 PM: Public Skate (no sticks or pucks permitted) 

12:00 - 2:00 PM: Open Skate

2:00 - 4:00 PM: Public Skate (no sticks or pucks permitted) 

4:00 - 10:00 PM: Open Skate

Code of Conduct

• This facility is unsupervised
• No more than 25 persons on the ice at a time
• No food or drink on the ice surface
• No horseplay/games
• No figure skating maneuvers
• No erratic/excessive speeds
• Skate with the direction of all skaters
• Helmets are strongly recommended
• Alcohol is prohibited on the premises
• Be kind and share the ice

Additional Information

• The rink is lit in the evenings.
• There are no washrooms on site, however changerooms are available. 
• The outdoor rink is checked regularly by Civic Properties staff. Should you have any concerns or see any damage please call 613-687-5678 ext 2104 during office hours or email tmarcotte@petawawa.ca.
