Meeting & Event Spaces

The Banquet Hall is 6000 square feet and has a seating capacity of 272.  It can be set up according to your meeting or event needs and typical uses are vendor shows, dances, wedding receptions, large meetings or fitness classes.  The Town of Petawawa offers bar service in collaboration with the Petawawa Civic Centre Fundraising Committee.  A cloak room is available for coats upon advance notice.  Hall rental includes use of the adjacent kitchen which is certified by the Renfrew County Health Unit.

The Fundraising Lounge can accommodate up to 50 people standing or 20-30 people with tables and chairs.  It can be set up according to your meeting or event needs and typical uses are small meetings, birthday parties, baby showers, crafts and back-up space for larger events in the Hall.

Both the Hall and Lounge are located upstairs in the Civic Centre, accessible by an elevator and stairs.

The Rotary Room is located off the Civic Centre lobby and is booked through the Library, with set-up arrangements made in collaboration with the Community Services Department.  The Rotary Room has a small kitchenette and shares washroom facilities in the main area of the Civic Centre.  To book this room, please contact the Library.
