TENDER FOR THE TOWN OF PETAWAWA EAST STREET PUMPING STATION GENSET REPLACEMENT
Sealed tenders, plainly marked as to contents, will be received by Chris Mantha, Director of Public Works, 192 Black Bay Road, Petawawa, Ontario, K8H 2W8, until:
10:00 AM, LOCAL TIME, TUESDAY, MAY 5, 2026
For the replacement of an existing indoor genset with a new 30kW pad mounted weatherproof, sound attenuated genset for the Town of Petawawa East Street Sanitary Pumping Station located at 41 East Street, Petawawa, Ontario. Works included in this project are for the complete removal of the existing genset, fuel tank, fuel lines, exhaust venting, and intake ductwork. Supply, installation and commissioning of the new genset. Project will include all required mechanical, electrical, structural and civil modifications as noted on the contract documents.
Complete tender documents may be obtained digitally from Jp2g Consultants Inc., by emailing their office as noted below, after 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, April 14TH, 2026. An email will be returned with the link and password where the documents, drawings and any future addenda may be retrieved.
The successful Bidder will be required to file with the Owner the specified bonds and insurance within ten (10) days of being awarded the Contract.
The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
