How to Register
Online Registration
To register and pay by credit card, use our online registration system through DaySmart Recreation. Follow the steps below:
Get Started:
Download the DaySmart Recreation Member App or use this desktop link (note: the link may not function properly on mobile).
If you see a message saying “your email is already being used,” click Sign In on the left-hand menu and select “Forgot your password” to reset.
Log In or Create an Account:
If using the app, search for “Petawawa” in the company search field.
Create your account using your own information.
Add Family Members:
While setting up your profile, scroll down to add your child(ren) and/or invite a partner.
You can also add family members later by going to the Profile tab once logged in.
Register for a Program:
Click Register from the left-hand menu.
Select the participant’s name from the drop-down menu at the top.
Find your desired program, complete any prompts, and confirm to add it to your cart.
Check Out:
Open your cart and complete payment using a credit card.
Registration is only confirmed once payment is processed. A confirmation email will be sent to you.
In-Person Registration
You can also register in person at the Recreation, Culture and Tourism Department. We accept debit, cash, and cheques (made payable to Town of Petawawa).
Credit card payments are not accepted in person—they must be made online.

Summer Day Camp

Regular Hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Extended Care (Kinder, Jr. & Sr. Camps only): 6:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Specialty Camps: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (no extended hours available)
Camp Age Groups
Kinder Camp: Ages 4–5
(Must be 4 years old before camp begins and have completed one school year)Jr. Camp: Ages 6–8
Sr. Camp: Ages 8–12
Specialty Camps: Ages 9–13

Jr. & Sr. Camps: Petawawa Civic Centre Arena Floor – 16 Civic Centre Rd.

Beach Days: Petawawa Point – 1073 Island View Dr.
Camp Fees
Kinder, Jr. & Sr. Camps: $200/week per child
Before & After Care: $15/week per child
Specialty Camps: $250/week per child

How to Register
Online
Register and pay securely by credit card.
Visit our registration portal on desktop or download the “Daysmart Recreation” app.
Create an account using your information.
Already participated in a Town program or rental? You may already have an account. Click “Sign In” > “Forgot Password” to reset and access.
Add family members to your account under the Profile tab.
Children can be added without email; partners require a separate email address.
Click Register, then View under “Summer Camps.”
Camps are listed by age group—select the appropriate one to view all available weeks.
Choose your participant, complete the prompts, and add the camp to your cart.
Check out and submit payment to confirm your spot.
A confirmation email will be sent—don’t forget to check your junk folder!

In-Person
Prefer to register in person? Visit the Recreation, Culture and Tourism Office:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Complete a paper registration form and make full payment by debit, cash, or cheque (payable to the Town of Petawawa).
Credit cards are not accepted in person—use online registration if you wish to pay by card.
Please note: In-person registrations are processed simultaneously with online ones. Camps may fill during this time.
