Summer Camp

Registration will open Thursday March 27 at 9:00 AM.

CAMP HOURS

Regular Camp Hours: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Extended Hours: 6:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Specialty Camp hours: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM with no extended hours available. 

CAMP AGES

Kinder Camp: Ages 4-5 (must be 4 years before the camp start date and have already completed 1 school year)

Jr. Camp: Ages 6-8

Sr. Camp: Ages 8-12

Specialty Camp: Ages 9-13

Jr. & Sr. Camps - Petawawa Civic Centre Arena Floor – 16 Civic Centre Rd. 

Specialty Camps - Petawawa Civic Centre Lounge - 16 Civic Centre Rd. 

Beach Days – Petawawa Point Beach - 1073 island View Dr. 

CAMP FEES

Kinder, Jr. & Sr. Camp Fees: $200.00 / child for the week

Kinder, Jr. & Sr. Camp Before / After Care: $15.00 / child for the week

Specialty Camp Fee: $250.00 / child for the week 

HOW TO REGISTER

Online Registration

Register online and pay with a credit card. Follow the instructions below or watch our VIDEO TUTORIAL

  1. Follow this link to create an online account on desktop, or download the 'Daysmart Recreation' mobile app. 
  2. Select 'Create an Account'
    • Enter YOUR information first
    • If using the mobile app, find us by searching "Corporation of the Town of Petawawa" when prompted to enter a company
    • If you have registered in-person for any of our recreational programs, events, or have had a rental with us, you already have a Daysmart Account! To access your account, hit ‘sign in’ and then select “forgot my password”. Enter your email address & hit submit Check your email for a password reset link (check your junk folder!)
  3.  Adding Famiy Members
    • When creating an account, there is an option to add your child(ren) and/or partner to your account before hitting "submit"
    • If you already have an account, family members can be added by navigating to the profile tab. 
    • Adding Partners requires a separate email address, adding children does not. 
  4. Camp Registration
    • Select the register tab.
    • Boxes will appear here for programs, events and Summer Camps. Select view.
    • Summer Camps are organized into age category; select the view button to see all camp weeks for that age range. 
  5. Select the Participant
    • When registering for a camp, verify that the correct registrant is selected at the top of the page.
  6. Submit Registration & Check Out!
    • Once you have submitted a registration, the program will be in your cart. Add all desired programs, review & check out!
    • Your spot is not confirmed until payment has been made. 
    • If your registration was successful, you will receive an email receipt. Check your junk folder! 

Summer Camp Test Registration

We highly suggest creating your Daysmart Family Account in advance of registration as spots fill up quickly. We have also opened a Summer Camp Test Environment which you can use to practice the online process before registration opens! 

In-Person Registration

Come to the Recreation, Culture and Tourism Office to fill out a paper form and complete payment in person. Full payment must be made for registration to be confirmed. Debit, cash, and cheques (made out to the Town of Petawawa) are accepted. Credit cards are only accepted through the online registration option and cannot be processed in-person.

Please note, in-person does not gurarantee you a spot. Paperwork is processed at the same time as online registration is occuring. Camp weeks may fill during the process.
