Notice is hereby given that the Council of the Town of Petawawa at its meeting to be held on Monday May 20, 2025, at 6:30 P.M. at the Municipal Office, 1111 Victoria Street, Petawawa, will consider the following:
- A declaration that certain lands in the Town of Petawawa, being Part of Lot 22, Concession 5 and more particularly described as Part 1 on Registered Reference Plan 49R-20836, being a portion of the Town of Petawawa Industrial Park, be declared surplus.
- The proposed sale of a parcel of land, having a 68.9 m frontage on Water Tower Road and an area of 0.851 ha (2.10 acres). The lands are currently zoned General Industrial - Exception Five (GM-E5).
