In our time together you will learn about Mindfulness, the differences between Mindfulness and Mindfulness Meditation, and the benefits of practicing mindfulness and mindfulness meditation. You will be introduced and guided through several practices and experience yourself why this 2500 year old practice is still relevant in today’s world.
