Recommendation:
That Council approves the award of Tender PW-03-2024, Rehabilitation of Wolfe Avenue and Town Centre Boulevard Pedestrian Crossover, to the lowest bidder being Do-All Construction in the amount of $1,522,662.36 plus HST.

Discussion:
The tender was prepared and advertised in a local paper and on our website. Seven (7) firms requested tender packages and two (2) firms submitted complete tender packages on the closing date of March 19, 2024 at 10:00 a.m.

Contractor and Tender Price (excluding HST):
Bonnechere Excavating Inc. - $1,658,466.94
Do-All Construction - $1,522,662.36

Financial Implication:
The estimated construction budget for this project was $1,640,377.65, exluding HST, and has been included in the 2024 budget.
