Recommendation:
That Council approves the award of Tender PW-11-2023, Equipment Quotation for Snow Removal 2023-2024, to Do-All Construction in the amount of $35,500.00 + HST.

Discussion:
The tender was prepared and advertised on our corporate website and Facebook page. Eight (8) firms requested tender packages and three (3) firms submitted complete tender packages on the closing date of September 26, 2023 at 10:00 a.m.

Contractor and Tender Price (excluding HST):
Do-All Construction - $35,500.00
G.P. Splinter Forest Products Ltd. - $38,325.00
H & H Construction Inc. - $45,000.00

Financial Implication:
This project was budgeted for in the 2023 budget.
