Business Harvest Display Contest

There are so many great ways that your business can get involved in the Petawawa Ramble festivities.

Businesses can register to participate in various elements of the 2025 Petawawa Ramble.  Businesses can earn bragging rights and win prizes in categories as voted on by fellow peers and the public.  Join us and help our community celebrate the local businesses that make Petawawa so DYNAMIC! 

Registration

Lots of ways for businesses to participate in this fun community event.  Many are FREE or low cost.  Remember this event is by the businesses for the businesses supported by a Committee and municipal staff.  Your participation is essential to the continued success and value of this locally curated event. 

Registration is through an online Google Form.  Registrations are due by August 1st.  Register for the Business Harvest Display Contest

Options for business or community group participation

Build a Harvest Display featuring Pumpkin Folks at your business 

• This will get your business on the print and online map and enter into the public contest to select the best displays in a variety of categories.
• Cost for businesses: FREE

Purchase a Display Ad  (only 12 available)

• This ad, which we will create, will be on the print map, and website and shared through event social channels.
• Cost for business: $200 + HST

Sponsor a Business Award!  (NEW FOR 2025 - only 10 available)

• Businesses can choose to sponsor an award in one of the following categories:
  • Overall Best Harvest Display 
  • Great Canadian
  • New Participant Award 
  • Community Display Award
  • Trail Champion Award 
  • School Spirit Award 
  • Public Choice 
  • Judges Choice
  • Most Interactive Harvest Display 
  • Most Creative Harvest Display
• Cost for business: $250 Sponsorship

Create a Community Display

• This is the perfect option for community groups, not-for-profit organizations, and industry partners.  We have some spaces selected, but share with us your thoughts, and we will see how we can work together!
• Cost for businesses or groups with commercial locations not in Petawawa: $250 + HST (In kind will be accepted
• Cost for community organizations and not-for-profit groups: FREE

Host a workshop, testing, sampling, giveaway contest, or another such event at your business  

• Tell us about what you would like to do and we help promote it.

Participate in another way 

• We are open to suggestions and happy to collaborate.
