Council of the Corporation of the Town of Petawawa will be hosting a Public Meeting on Monday, February 23, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. to receive comments from the public on the proposed General, Capital, and Water and Sewer Budgets for 2026. The total capital, transfers into reserves and expenses (across all funds) is estimated at $38,719,747.69.
If you are unable to attend the Public Meeting in person but still wish to provide written comments please email your written comments to Dawn Recoskie, Director of Legislative Services/Clerk, at drecoskie@petawawa.ca by 12:00 noon on Monday, February 23, 2026.
Following direction from Council and input from members of the public at the Public Meeting, the 2026 Municipal Budget will be presented at the Monday, March 2, 2026 Council Meeting at 6:00 p.m. for adoption by by-law.
