Notice of Application and Public Meeting
In the matter of Section 34 of the Planning Act, the Town of Petawawa hereby gives NOTICE OF THE FOLLOWING:
i) Application to amend the Zoning By-law 456/07 of the Town of Petawawa.
- A public meeting regarding an application for an amendment to the Zoning By-law 456/07 of the Town of Petawawa.
Subject Lands Part of Lots 6 & 7, Lake Range in the Town of Petawawa, as shown on the attached Key Map.
Public Meeting A public meeting to inform the public of the proposed zoning by-law amendment will be held on August 12, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. at the municipal office of the Town of Petawawa.
Proposed Zoning By-law Amendment
The purpose and effect of the amendment is to rezone a portion of the subject lands from Environmental Protection (EP) to Residential One - Exception Fifty-Seven (R1-E57). If approved, the proposed rezoning will permit the construction of a single detached dwelling and accessory structures.
