EOI Call to Artists – Artwork for the Petawawa Letter Sign Project

The town of Petawawa is inviting local Ottawa Valley artists and creatives to enliven a new three-dimensional letter sign installation spelling PETAWAWA, to be located at the Petawawa Comfort Station ( 15 Norman St.)

The project is intended to:

• Showcase local creative talent from the Ottawa Valley
• Animate public space at a key Petawawa community location
• Establish the PETAWAWA letters as a rotating canvas for artistic expression
• Encourage community engagement and repeat visitation

The town looks forward to receiving creative concepts that reflect the spirit, culture, landscape, and energy of Petawawa and the surrounding Ottawa Valley.

Proponents shall submit electronic copies of their submission.  Subject line should indicate EOI# ED-01-2026 by:

4:00 p.m., local time, on Tuesday, April 21, 2026
