Purchase Land in the Industrial Park

The Town of Petawawa has available land in the Petawawa Industrial Park. Council is accepting eligible offers at $10,000 per acre for buffered lands and $15,000 per acre for non-buffered lands. Resource materials for interested parties are available for review.

Purchasing land in Petawawa’s Industrial Park follows a clear, structured approval process designed to support successful development. Interested purchasers submit a formal proposal outlining their business concept, intended land use, pricing, and a draft site plan. Town staff review the submission and, if supported, present it to Council for consideration.

Once an offer is accepted, the Town coordinates a land survey, followed by a formal Site Plan Application. The application is circulated to municipal and technical reviewers, with opportunities for revisions as needed. Final site plans are approved by Council and secured through a development agreement.

The land sale is finalized once the development agreement is registered on title. Purchasers are responsible for development-related costs and must meet construction timelines outlined in the agreement.
